2009

The First Oven Lights Up

Marcus Rivera opens the first Pizza factory location on Wayne Avenue, Dayton. The menu is simple: three pizzas, two pastas, and a passion that would change the neighborhood forever.

2012

Menu Expansion & New Kitchen

Demand grows rapidly. We expanded our kitchen and launched our signature pizzafactory dough recipe, a 48-hour cold ferment that became our defining trademark and fan favorite.

2015

Catering & Community Launch

Pizza factory officially launches its catering arm, serving local events, weddings, and corporate gatherings across Dayton, OH. We also begin partnering with local food banks and community programs.

2018

Renovation & New Dining Room

A full restaurant renovation brings a vibrant new dining atmosphere. The revamped pizaa factory space features an open kitchen, wood-fired visual elements, and seating for 80+ guests.

2021

Online Ordering Goes Live

We launch our online ordering platform, bringing the full Pizza factory menu directly to customers across Dayton. Orders surge as the community embraces convenient, fresh delivery from their favorite pizza spot.

2024

The Next Chapter Begins
